Bedrock tee dress hack

I’ve been trying to find the perfect t-shirt dress pattern for a while and finally realized that what I really needed to do was hack together two different patterns to get what I want. I talked last fall about the Bedrock Tee and how much I’m loving it. Since that post I’ve been playing around a bit to get a better fit so I love it even more. Then I realized I could hack it together with the Rio Dress and get the t-shirt dress of my dreams. Reader, it worked! This is a great t-shirt dress, loose enough to be cool in hot weather and the neckline is the scoop neck I prefer. I also love this fabric, a bit of a retro vibe print that reminds me of my childhood, purchased at Stonemountain & Daughter Fabrics in April when we were in the Bay Area. A woman stands in front of a corner with a window on one side and a door on the other, the window is surrounded by gray faux brick. She's smiling and her body is at a slight angle as she looks at the camera, she's wearing a red dress with a white ribbed collar, brown glasses, and flip flops.
