Iceland

Last week I was in Iceland. It's gorgeous, interesting, and Reykjavík was a fun city to explore. I had cardomon buns, ate lots of fish, went to a huge tomato farm in greenhouses, saw a massive waterfall, and walked along tectonic plates. By far my favorite experience was going to the oldest public pool in Reykjavík, pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and soaking in the warm waters with Icelanders who do this all the time. The pool culture is really quite amazing and I love that phones are banned.

Looking up a street to an intersection that is lined by small buildings, one of which is rainbow colored on the corner, people can be seen walking on the sidewalk to the left, there are signs in Icelandic noting pedestrian walkways, and the skyy looks large with big puffy white clouds against clear blue.
